My experiences and lessons in life have taught me
that the source of all dis-ease begins when we disconnect from the love in
our hearts. Enduring health of mind, body and emotions can only be
achieved through spiritual union with God and His Will. God is eternally creating within
every moment through love, for God is love. God is the Eternal
Spirit in all of creation. When we are not in the present moment, we
are not united with love, for love can only be experienced in the
Eternal Present.

I realized that all thoughts originate from feelings
based either in illusion or reality. All true feelings are
based on love. When we are not aligned with love in the present
moment, we fail to align with God and receive His gift of love.
Instead, we create a past, present and future of duality, disharmony
and separateness from God. Accordingly, that which we embrace in the
moment will be mirrored to us in our outer experiences and in our body, mind and emotions
whether it be through anger, fear or hate.
This is called the Maya world of gravity, sometimes
referred to as the mirror world of duality, where all is not as it seems.
Maya is created by our illusions and fantasies and can cause much
confusion for our mind and emotions. Maya is revealed to us in
dreams or through another person or thing.

Over the years I have learned
that disease is an evolutionary process that begins in our energy body,
sometimes referred to as our auric or etheric body. Ann Ree Colton explains that the etheric body
is the double of the physical body and is made up of ether and prana.
As a sphere of energy, it radiates around our physical body and is supported by the sun. The lower aspect of the
etheric body supports life in the physical body and the lower mind.
The higher aspect of the etheric body supports the spiritual and higher
mind. Our mental and emotional bodies have a direct affect on
our etheric body. If not taken care of, unresolved mental and emotional issues
can manifest as dis-ease in the physical body.

evolution and evolvement. When a whole eternity system becomes
godless in consciousness, the result is anomaly in procreation, in
consciousness. The very planetary system itself enters into a
state of death and dying, for that which is God as Consciousness is the
Diamond of Incentive in all eternity systems."

When man fails to use the
movement processes flowing from the inner spiritual life, an oval sphere of
sentimentized energy is formed which contains
a cloud-like mass of mental darkness around the emotional, mental and
lower etheric bodies. This dark energy field is known as the
Undersoul and is surrounded by the egotistical shell.
The ego is a vessel for the outer
expression of undeveloped soul powers and is built through the senses and
the intellect. The lower mind of the ego always seeks attention for
its actions and is motivated by repetitive ancestral and karmic
compulsions from past and present life actions. The unpolarized ego
is incapable of loving because of its attachment to persons and things.
The Undersoul (the subconscious) is
connected to the Most High Soul (the super conscious) by the Upa-Soul also
known as the Antakarana Bridge. The Upa-Soul is the higher
unconscious and the bridge between the lower and higher etheric body, at
the level between the 3rd and 4th chakras.
If the Upa Soul is blocked by mental
darkness, lack of faith in God, and dependence on sense as the
materialistic way of life, one enters into initiation trials through
Undersoul pressures. The Upa Soul is the bridge one must cross over
during meditation and in dreams so that the Esse or Holy Spirit may begin
its purifying work. The egotistical shell begins to shatter during
this period of time.

Ann Ree Colton, a 20th Century
Cosmos Teacher, taught that it is a grace-necessity to have a Teacher to
help free one from the psychic voltage of the Undersoul. This
freeing process begins through the process of transenergization.
Transenergization is the process by which one spiritualizes his intellect
so that he may receive direct Guidance from God. The first step in
Transenergization is Marking and Tracing.
In the spiritual life we are
taught that Marking and Tracing begins with the Continuum Sacrament, which
enables one to see their sins in 4th dimensional light. Thus, the
Continuum Sacrament (the daily taking of bread and wine as a "symbolic
worship-vehicle through which the Body of the Christ is present") is
the key to raising to consciousness one’s ancestral and karmic memory of
inverted thoughts, feelings and actions. This knowledge can then be
used to heal and transenergize ancestral and karmic Undersoul energies and
samskaras (karmic tendencies) through the virtue of
love.
The "lamp of faith and works" that
keeps the spiritual life alive is the "Continuum Sacrament" and the "Dream
Mantram" ("the sounding of word-combinations before sleep" that produce
dreams which work to cleanse the Undersoul.) "Until a person
enters the spiritual Path, his ego-nature and his personality consist of
70% ancestral inheritance, 10% grace-inheritance from past lives, 10%
karma from past lives and 10% spirituality.... The ego-guided will
is under the control of sense and sense-enlargement rather than God in
Everything. When the ego finally reaches holy longing for God, it will
become the server and servant for the Higher Self."

knowledge? In the beginning there was Spirit. It knew itself
as Spirit; from that knowledge everything sprang up. He who knows
that he is spirit, becomes Spirit, becomes everything."

The method by which we
research our Undersoul is called Marking and Tracing. "Marking and
tracing is a research tool which teaches us to know
ourselves, to know others, to know what is happening
and why it is happening. It is the unknowing of the ego
which causes suffering. The True Self never suffers."
The seven methods of discipline required to Mark and Trace are:
"1) Meditation; 2) The keeping of a Dream Diary;
3) Journaling the interflow between one’s spiritual and
day-to-day experiences; 4) The use of conscience through
right discrimination and awareness; 5) Awareness of
God-sent persons to expose his wrongdoing through the Vajra;
6) Adherence to cyclic and rhythmic practices of worship,
study and service-oriented creativities; and lastly,
7) Observation of where and why one is."

must realize that he is dealing with forces and energies that are
intelligible which, by processes of intelligence, have taken over the
mind and emotions."

The influence of these controlling compulsions can be most readily seen in
orthodox religion, government, business, and in all forms of the
media. Therefore, one must be able to discern if his response is
from the Higher Self, or from the influence of these controlling
energies. Through Marking and Tracing, one learns to master his ego
by learning to hold and control his fantasies.
Marking and Tracing builds the conscience and may be likened
to the "Rainbow Bridge between Self-Realization and God Realization."
This is why it is the "most important attribute needed in a life of service
for God." This is crucial because "man is only what he is conscious
of. The conscience is the research vehicle for the soul and the
means by which one builds a stable mind and emotions. This is the
key to opening one to his Constant. God is the Constant and faith in
God is the language of the Constant."
To reunite with the Light Vibration of God, one must reverse the contra
clockwise action of the Undersoul to a clockwise action through the seven
disciplines of Marking and Tracing. The Esse, the vital energy which
sustains oneness with God, is then free to move over the Bridge of
Antakarana to the Heart Center. The Esse may then begin its
purifying work by lifting the dark Undersoul energies, bringing light back
into the chakras through the clockwise movement of energy. This is
known as the forty-nine purification initiations of the astral or
emotional nature. This is the means by which we come to know our
Higher Self. Until we accept and embrace our shadowed self through
these astral initiations, we cannot cross over the Antakarana Bridge to
the Heart Center.
The heart works directly with the conscience and is the key that unlocks the
door to the Higher Self. It is through the acceptance, forgiveness,
repentance and restitution of the dark side of our nature that we may
raise it back into the Light. Our feminine nature will then blend
with our masculine nature, revealing the Star of David. The Star of David
is our celestial compass leading us back to God and
is symbolic of the blending of matter with spirit, of thought with emotion, of masculine
and feminine polarities, and the power of transubstantiation through the power of love.
Centered in our hearts, it is the compass by which we reach 7th chakra
enlightenment.

Love is the Savior that opens the interlaced triangles of the six-pointed Star
of David, revealing the Soul‘s Diamond Medallion of Light. The
Soul‘s Medallion is "a pulsating vortex of supernal light in constant
movement around the head of man." The Medallion of the Soul keeps
alive the soul impulses and mental creative energies. When one
directs all their soul-power to the center between the eyebrows in
meditation, "the Higher Self will lead the seeker to the eternal treasure
of super consciousness where God is realized." The Higher Self, as
the healer, will then answer with a joy beyond suffering; "for life in
TRUTH is joy."
